Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India. Each order is handcrafted in small batches and usually dispatched from Jaipur within 2–5 business days, then delivered within 3–8 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Where we ship

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available yet, but it is coming soon.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India.

Dispatch time

Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Orders are shipped from Jaipur through our courier partners.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries to remote PIN codes may take longer. Delays can also happen due to weather, festivals, strikes or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will share the courier name and tracking (AWB) number with you.

You can also check the status at any time on our Track Order page, using your order number and the phone number used for the order.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct when you place your order.

If an address looks wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm it. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, it may need to be re-shipped, and we will get in touch with you about next steps.

Receiving your package

If your package looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it, and inform us immediately by phone on +91 93155 18243.

If you find damage after opening the package, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos (and an unboxing video, if you have one). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for what happens next.
